Buying a miner shouldn't mean signing up for a logistics second job. Yet for most of the industry, that's the deal:
- 4–8 week turnaround. Typical RMA windows route every claim back through Asia. Your unit sits in a forwarder while you watch hashrate die.
- $80–$200 in return shipping, paid out of pocket. For a $400 lottery miner, that's half the cost of the unit — to fix a defect you didn't cause.
- Customs nightmares. Cross-border returns get held at the border, classified wrong, and taxed twice. We've seen units stuck for months over a $30 paperwork error.
What we do differently
HeliumDeploy operates three regional warehouses. Your RMA goes to the closest one — automatically — and we cover return shipping in full.
- EU warehouse (Berlin) serves the UK, EU, and Nordics. SLA: 5–7 business days.
- Canada warehouse (Montreal) serves Canada. SLA: 3–5 business days.
- US warehouse (Texas) serves the USA and LATAM. SLA: 3–5 business days.
Every shipment includes a prepaid label both ways. DOA units are replaced with no questions asked.

- Prepaid label emailed. Routed to your nearest of three hubs. Same day during business hours.
- Drop at any carrier counter. No customs paperwork on your end.
- Replacement out the door as soon as the return scans into the hub.

Physical damage and modifications are not covered. Three-day window from delivery to file a DOA claim.
The fine print, in plain English
- How long is the warranty? 12 months on most lottery-class units. The product page lists the exact window for each SKU.
- What if I damaged it? We inspect every return. If it's borderline, we err on your side.
- What if you can't repair it? Replacement from current inventory. If the model is sold out, store credit or refund — your call.
- Reseller purchases? Direct from HeliumDeploy only. If you bought through a reseller, contact them first — but email us anyway and we'll help where we can.
