Questions
Do I need a minimum audience size?
No. Creator tier is open to anyone — a 400-subscriber channel that actually mines converts better than a big general-crypto account. Partner tier is where we look at real numbers, and we look at sales driven, not follower count.
What is the commission rate?
Creators earn 5% of the order total. Partners earn 8%. It applies to the whole order, so a viewer who adds a power kit and a second Bitaxe pays you on all of it.
How do you know a sale came from me?
Two ways. Your referral link is tracked when someone clicks through, and your personal discount code is credited to you whenever a buyer enters it — even if they cleared cookies, switched to their phone, or came back a month later. Put the code on screen as well as the link in the description and you are covered both ways.
When and how do I get paid?
PayPal, twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th. There is no minimum balance you have to reach before the first payout.
Can I run paid ads on your products?
Yes, with two rules: respect the brand standards we send you, and do not bid against us on our own Google keywords.
Can I join from outside the US?
Yes, the program is open worldwide. We ship from both US and EU warehouses. One thing worth telling your audience: plug-variant products are region-specific, so an EU viewer should buy the EU variant — the wrong plug is not something an adapter fixes.
Do I have to only cover HeliumDeploy hardware?
No. There is no exclusivity. Cover whatever you want — comparison videos against other vendors are fine, and honestly they are some of the best-converting content in the program.
Can I get a unit to review?
That is the Partner tier. Start as a Creator, drive some sales, and we reach out — at which point the review unit is free and yours to keep.
