The questions everyone asks.
What counts as a warranty claim?
Manufacturing defects, hashboard failures, power-supply issues, and DOA units. If it shipped from us and doesn't work as designed, it's covered.
How long do I have to file?
Three days from delivery for DOA. Standard defects are covered for the full warranty window listed on the product page (12 months on most lottery-class units).
What if I damaged the unit?
Physical damage and modifications aren't covered. We inspect every return — but if it's borderline, we err on your side.
Do I really pay $0 in shipping?
Yes. We email you a prepaid label that routes to your nearest hub. No deposit, no card on file, no return shipping charge.
Which warehouse will my RMA go to?
Whichever is closest. Customers in Europe go to Berlin. Canada to Montreal. US and LATAM to Texas.
What happens if you can't repair it?
You get a replacement unit from current inventory. If the model is sold out, we offer a store credit at the original purchase price or a refund — your choice.
Does this cover units bought from resellers?
Direct purchases from HeliumDeploy only. If you bought through a reseller, contact them first — but reach out anyway and we'll help where we can.
How do I file an RMA right now?
Email mike@heliumdeploy.io with your order number and a photo or short clip of the issue. We'll have a prepaid label in your inbox the same day, during business hours.
