Shipping policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipments made under FOB (Free on Board) Destination. Under these terms, Helium Deploy (the seller) assumes responsibility for the goods until they reach the customer's (the buyer) specified delivery location. This policy applies to all shipments made by HeliumDeploy.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Ownership and Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the goods remain with the seller until the goods are delivered to the buyer’s specified delivery location. Once the shipper confirms delivery, the responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer.
2.2 Delivery Confirmation: The seller will provide confirmation of delivery to the buyer. This confirmation will include the delivery date, time, and recipient signature (if applicable). Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper, any loss or damage to the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
2.3 Shipping locations: Local shipping is available within Canada, the United States, and Europe from the Seller’s regional warehouses. Shipments to all other destinations may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which are included in the final sale price charged to the Buyer.

2.5 Estimated International Shipping fees: Handling fees are two percent (2%) of the total order value, plus an additional $8.15 fee for signature confirmation upon delivery.
2.6 Handling Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 Business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail.
3. Insurance
The seller will ensure that the goods are adequately insured against loss or damage during transit. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
4. Claims and Disputes
4.1 Damage or Loss During Transit: If the goods are damaged or lost during transit, the seller is responsible for filing claims with the carrier and for providing a replacement or refund to the buyer. The buyer must notify the seller of any damage or loss within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2 Non-Delivery: If the goods are not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, the buyer should notify the seller. The seller will investigate the delay and take appropriate action, which may include providing a replacement or refund. Note: for international shipment (ie. not domestic), we can only warrant the shipment until it arrives to the destination country.
4.3 Post-Delivery Issues: Once the shipper confirms delivery, any issues such as theft or damage after delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer should take necessary precautions to secure the goods after delivery.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Receiving Shipments: The buyer must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery. If a signature is required, the buyer should make arrangements for an authorized person to sign for the delivery.
5.2 Reporting Issues: The buyer must report any issues with the shipment, such as damage or non-delivery, to the seller within 30 days of receiving the goods.
6. Amendments
This policy may be amended from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the buyer prior to shipment.
The Seller’s policies described herein are uniformly applied across Google, Amazon, and any other platform on which the Seller offers its products for sale.
