Helium Deploy Mobile Messaging Program
These SMS Terms & Conditions (the "SMS Terms") govern the Helium Deploy mobile messaging program (the "Program"), operated by Helium Deploy ("we", "us", "our"). By opting in to the Program you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
1. Program description
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Helium Deploy at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include new product drop announcements, back-in-stock alerts, offers and promotions, order and shipping updates, and customer-care messages. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3. How to opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, by submitting your number in a back-in-stock or drop-alert form on our website, or by any other method where you expressly agree to receive text messages from us.
4. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as described above.

6. Message frequency, rates and fees
Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile plan and carrier for details. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.
7. Carriers
Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the Program (such as our messaging delivery provider). 9. Eligibility
By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
10. Changes; termination
We may modify these SMS Terms or cancel the Program at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
