Free, and about two minutes
Open the flasher at harlolabs.com in Chrome or Edge, pick your model, connect the miner with a USB data cable. Erase and install, then power it up. The self test runs on its own.
Already running Harlo OS? Take the OTA image and it keeps your wifi, your pools and your theme. First time, or starting clean? The factory image erases saved settings.
