HeliumDeploy warrants all lottery miners against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and component malfunctions under normal operating conditions.

What is NOT covered:

Physical damage, drops, or mishandling
Water or liquid damage
Damage resulting from use of an incompatible or improper power supply
Modifications or unauthorized repairs
Normal wear and tear
Issues caused by overclocking beyond supported settings

How to make a claim: To initiate a warranty claim within the 90-day window, contact our support team at ticket@heliumdeploy.io or visit our Help Desk at support.heliumdeploy.com. Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready.

After 90 days: Once the 90-day period has expired, the device remains covered under the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 1 year worldwide, and up to 2 years for EU customers in accordance with regional consumer protection laws. Warranty claims after 90 days must be filed directly with the manufacturer.
