Questions people ask
What am I paying, and when?
The batch price, in full, at checkout. That is the pledge, and it funds the production run your unit is built in. Full refund any time before it ships.
How much power does it pull?
About 650W at the wall in the standard 40 TH/s mode, roughly a high end gaming PC. Turn it down to 450W for 30 TH/s, or push it to 850W for the full 50 TH/s. It runs off any normal outlet on a standard IEC C14 cord.
Magic Miner build quality has been hit or miss. What is different here?
This is a ground up build on the new BM1370, not a revision of an older board. Every unit is bench tested before it leaves the factory.
Do I need my own Bitcoin node?
No. Point it at your own node, or at an open solo pool like solo.ckpool or public-pool.io. Either way the payout address is yours.
What if I change my mind?
Refunds are allowed, always. Full refund any time before your unit ships, no questions asked. After it ships, the standard return policy applies.
Where does it ship, and when?
Worldwide. Batch 3 opens on 18 September, with 50 units, and ships from the end of October.
