What is Cudis?

The Cudis Network is an ecosystem centered around the Cudis smart ring, a wearable device designed to track users' biometric data. While not a traditional decentralized network, it introduces a model where users can own and control their wellness data, which is encrypted and stored using the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). This ensures both privacy and decentralized access. The ring monitors health metrics such as heart rate, sleep, HRV, blood oxygen, and more, feeding this data into the Cudis app, available on iOS, Android, and Solana Mobile. The app features an AI-powered wellness coach, utilizing ChatGPT, and gamifies wellness with daily quests and challenges that reward users for participation. These rewards are issued as SALUS points, which users can convert into tokens within the Cudis ecosystem.
