HeliumDeploy warrants the NEXUS S1 against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and component malfunctions under normal operating conditions.

What is NOT covered:

  • Physical damage, drops, or mishandling
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage resulting from use of an incompatible or improper power supply
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues caused by overclocking beyond supported settings

How to make a claim: Contact our support team at support@heliumdeploy.io or visit support.heliumdeploy.com. Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready.

After 90 days: The device remains covered under the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 1 year worldwide, and up to 2 years for EU customers.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by country or region.
