NEXUS S1
151 units backed. The current batch ships August 12.
NEXUS S1
10 TH/s at 150W
A home Bitcoin miner that mines straight to your node and your address, with a colour LCD that shows you exactly what it is doing. Engineered and built by PunkHash.
You back it. That's what builds it.
The S1 is built in batches, and a batch is sized by the people who back it. 151 units in, the machine is proven and the line is running.

The batch gets built
Your pledge sets the size of the run. Every board is assembled and bench tested before it leaves the floor.
We ship it to you
Units in the current batch go out from August 12. If production moves that date, we post it here and email you.
Build progress
Exactly how far along the hardware is, so you know what stage you are buying into.
Same machine. Matched to your plug.
The S1 is identical everywhere. The only difference is the plug and voltage, so pick the region you are physically in — a unit built for another region is not usable, and we cannot swap it once it ships.
Ten terahash, and it tells you what it's doing

PunkHash builds and services mining hardware at industrial scale. The team has run operations across 800 MW of deployed miners and trained more than 2,000 maintenance engineers worldwide, and it manages custom overclocking for over 10,000 clients totalling more than 10 EH/s of hashrate.
The NEXUS S1 is their home machine — the same board-level engineering and the same bench testing, sized for a desk instead of a data centre.

Questions people ask
What am I paying, and when?
Today's price, in full, at checkout. That is the pledge, and it funds the production run your unit is built in. You get a full refund any time before your unit ships, no questions asked.
How much power does it pull?
About 150W at the wall, roughly 15 J/TH. It runs off any normal outlet.
Which region should I pick?
The one you are physically in. The plug and voltage are matched to it, and a unit sent to the wrong region is not usable. We cannot swap it after it leaves.
When does it ship?
Units in the current batch ship from August 12. If production or freight moves that date, we post it here and email you.
Do I need my own Bitcoin node?
No. Point it at your own node, or at an open solo pool like solo.ckpool or public-pool.io. Either way the payout address is yours. No pool cut, no custodian.
What if I change my mind?
Refunds are allowed, always. Full refund any time before your unit ships, no questions asked. Once it has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
