90-Day Warranty — Lottery Miners

HeliumDeploy warrants all lottery miners against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and component malfunctions under normal operating conditions.

What is NOT covered:

• Physical damage, drops, or mishandling
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage resulting from use of an incompatible or improper power supply
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues caused by overclocking beyond supported settings

How to make a claim: To initiate a warranty claim within the 90-day window, contact our support team at support@heliumdeploy.io or visit our Help Desk at support.heliumdeploy.com. Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready.

After 90 days: Once the 90-day period has expired, the device remains covered under the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 1 year worldwide, and up to 2 years for EU customers in accordance with regional consumer protection laws. Warranty claims after 90 days must be filed directly with the manufacturer.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by country or region.

The PSU Matters More Than the Miner

Most ASIC failures are not the chip — they are the power supply. That is why we do not ship cheap, unbranded 12V bricks. Every Rev 6.1 ships with a Meanwell LRS-series industrial PSU — the same brand used in LED signage, CNC machines, and factory automation. UL listed, CE marked, UKCA certified. The unit you see in the close-up below is exactly what arrives in your box.

Why Meanwell: stable 12V rail under sustained load, over-current and over-temp protection, and a real warranty from a real manufacturer. A NerdQaxe++ running on a Meanwell will outlive a NerdQaxe++ running on a no-name supply by years — and we have the rack hours to prove it.

Pre-Ship Burn-In, Every Unit

Before any Rev 6.1 is boxed, it sits on our shelf hashing live. We watch the display, we read the hashrate, we verify the temps. If a board does not behave, it does not ship. The shelves in the photos below are the last stop before your doorstep.
