Title: World-Class Mining Hardware, Bottom-Tier Customer Support Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) Review: The hardware available here is phenomenal. I have purchased both the NerdQaxe++ Rev 6.1 and the Nexus S1 from them. The Nexus S1 is absolutely my favorite miner on the floor—it runs flawlessly, sits right on its target efficiency, and the build quality is top-tier. The Rev 6.1 units are also fantastic performers. On a pure hardware level, everything gets an easy 5 stars. However, the actual buying experience and customer support were as bad as it gets. Communication after making a payment was non-existent. I sent multiple follow-up emails simply looking for order status updates or tracking details on my equipment and received absolute radio silence. It is genuinely bizarre how a company can ship such spectacular hardware but completely fail at basic customer service. As much as I love running these rigs, the terrible communication leaves me wondering if I will ever take the risk of buying from them again. I am almost certain I would never do another multi-unit purchase here. If you buy, do it because you want great hardware, but be prepared for a stressful, zero-support waiting period.

This was the 8th NerdQ I have ordered (number 7 was also in this shipment), and these two are far superior to any other miner in my ever-growing fleet. I was concerned with the length of time that it took to receive, but they were honest about the delay and gave me every option to back out. In the end, I'm glad I didn't, but I think these guys need to be retested. I'm ordering another NerdQ this weekend, and I'll let everyone know how close they get to the identified delivery date (and yes, if I actually had doubts, I would not be ordering more, so that says something). :)
This took a lot longer than I felt it should have, but their dedication to communication and making me aware of where things were via email, social media, and live streams kept me from asking for a refund (which they did offer). When these miners arrived, in an instant, I knew I had made the right decision. I own 6 AliExpress NerdQs (only 5 of 6 work), and everything about the HD/BSB product is so much better, so much so that it's hard to compare these with those cheaper models. Now the hard part. I told myself that I'd give these to my two daughters as part of my evil plan to get other family members to understand mining and BTC. However, they are so well-made I don't want to part with them. What should I do???
